Lodge at Cedar Creek is pleased to introduce our Logger Loyalty Program. Corporate guests will be rewarded for their loyalty with the following benefits.

Every 1,000 points accumulated may be
redeemed for either:

$75 Lodge at Cedar Creek Gift Card
OR
$50 American Express Gift Card

Terms and conditions
Logger Loyalty Program points do not include food and beverages, gratuities or incidentals. These charges are to be paid directly to the hotel prior to check-out. Transportation costs to and from the hotel are not included.

Logger Loyalty points are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Program. Points have no fixed or ascertainable cash value. Members have no ownership interest in accrued points and accrued points do not constitute property of the members. Use of the word "earn" in marketing materials in relation to Logger Loyalty points shall mean "collect" and shall not infer that the points have any value until they are presented for redemption. Points may not be purchased or sold and are not transferable.

Points are not issued for rates booked through most third party web sites or complimentary hotel stays. You must have stayed in the room and paid for it in full to receive Logger Loyalty points. Only one room will be credited per member per night. Only the member whose name is on the reservation record will be awarded points.

Lodge at Cedar Creek reserves the right to restrict, suspend, discontinue or cancel this Program upon 30 days' written notice to all active members. In that event, your right to receive Logger Loyalty points may end 60 days after we notify you and your right to redeem Logger Loyalty points may end 90 days after we notify you. Logger Loyalty points for all members not presented for redemption on or before such redemption end date cannot be redeemed.

Lodge at Cedar Creek is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Lost or stolen member cards will be replaced for a $2 fee.

Members will be able to redeem points by mail, fax or email. Requests for Lodge at Cedar Creek Cards will be filled within 10 business days. American Express Card requests will be filled within 2-3 weeks of the receipt of the request. Points over and above the claim will continue to accumulate with future stays. Additional redemption forms will be available upon request.
